  • By accessing or using Dockit, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Dockit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Use Dockit for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users’ data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Use Dockit to store or process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Assume continued access if these rules are violated
User Content

User Content includes the notes, files, links, and messages you upload, store, or process in Dockit.

  • You retain full ownership of your User Content
  • You grant Dockit a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service
  • We do not claim ownership over your content
  • Your content must comply with laws, third-party rights, and basic safety expectations
AI-Generated Responses

AI responses are generated from your content and should be treated with care.

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain errors
  • Dockit does not guarantee correctness or suitability of AI responses
  • Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk

You should not rely on Dockit for critical decisions, including:

  • medical advice
  • legal advice
  • financial decisions
Accounts

Some features require an account.

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Accept responsibility for losses tied to failing to secure your account
Subscriptions and Billing

Dockit may offer both free trials and paid subscriptions.

  • Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented before purchase
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., app stores or payment gateways)
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
  • You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription on the appropriate platform
Integrations

Dockit can connect to third-party services such as Slack, WhatsApp, and Confluence.

  • You grant Dockit permission to access only the data you explicitly authorize
  • Dockit will not access or store data beyond what is necessary to provide the service
  • You can disconnect integrations at any time
  • Dockit is not responsible for third-party service availability, reliability, or provider changes
Data and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time.

  • Your account and associated data will be permanently removed (subject to limited retention for legal or operational purposes)
  • Data loss resulting from account deletion is your responsibility
Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dockit if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the service
  • Required by law or security concerns
  • Termination may result in loss of access to your data
Limitation of Liability

Dockit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for any loss resulting from use of AI-generated outputs
  • Your use of Dockit is at your own risk
Changes to the Terms

  • Continued use of Dockit constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
